Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window on full-price items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. Please read the conditions below before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original, saleable condition.
  • All original tags must be attached and intact.
  • Returned in the original packaging (box, tissue, and dust bag where applicable).
  • Must be accompanied by your order confirmation or packing slip.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Jewellery and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items that have been worn, altered, dry-cleaned, or laundered.
  • Items with removed tags or missing original packaging.
  • Gift cards and store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@berriesinsuranceco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]".
  2. Include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will respond within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Pack your item(s) securely, include your RMA number on the outside of the parcel, and ship within 5 days of receiving your RMA.

Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. MAGIQUE BOUTIQUE LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within two business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size. To request an exchange, please follow the same return initiation process above and specify the size you require. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@berriesinsuranceco.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
