Complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $250.00. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We ship from Fort Collins, CO.
We offer three domestic shipping options, fulfilled via UPS and USPS. Please allow up to one business day for order processing and packing before the estimated transit time begins.
Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 pm MT to guarantee next-day delivery. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received this email within two business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our team.
We ship to select international destinations. International orders are fulfilled via DHL Express and are subject to the customs regulations and import duties of the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.
International transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
All orders are packed with care in our signature tissue-lined boxes and sealed with a gold wax stamp. Complimentary gift wrapping is available on request — please note this in the order comments at checkout. We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, uncollected parcel, or refusal of delivery), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
